You may cancel your order without penalty within that time. We offer a 3 day grace period if you change your mind. Anything outside of that time cannot be fixed. If there is an error with your order please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
Due to chargebacks taking place with some orders we reserve the right to cancel any order that is flagged by Shopify as potentially fraudulent.
